What can I do if I made points but didn’t see my name on the promotion list?

Promotions List had points the day the list came out

Asking the obvious question up front - Did you already confirm that your points on your profile were accurate? You cannot retroactively have your points changed (you COULD submit for an ETP IF you could prove that an error that you beyond your control was at fault for your scores not being correct - it's a longshot, but it has happened).
Second, the way the databases are updated, promotion decisions are made at HRC on the morning of the 11th, so there is a data cutoff of the 8th to allow for transfer and updating. Any point changes that are made after the 8th won't be reflected until the 1st after the following month (so if you had points changed on July 10th, they won't be used until the September 1st cut-off scores).
Unless there was an Army-wide issue with eMILPO or EDAS, then 99.99% of the time when there is a "promotion point error", the error is on the unit side.
