Awaiting scrolling and DoD approvals; List ID L05-23; 43 Days in DoD Approval cycle. Does anyone know when this will be approved?

These question has been asked for just about every cycle. The hold up is in congress. No one here would really know. Some are trying to make a new law to fix this.
