How can I resolve a problem with my BN S1 and HRC Retention Branch not seeing me in IPPS-A?

I have been waiting for IPPS-A so I can do my member election for an upcoming PCS, long story I spoke with HRC Retention Branch and they cannot find me in IPPS-A neither can my BN S1. I have called the IPPS-A help desk and they can pull up my profile and they said everything looks good on their end. BDE S1 pulled my profile and a lot of the sections that are supposed to have data are blank, just curious if anyone else has had this issue or knows a solution. The BDE W1 and her contacts at IPPS-A have no clue why nobody can look me up.

SSG (Join to see), I know of a hand full of Soldiers having or had similar issues. They and their Bn S1 reached out to the IPPS-A help desk and verified what IPPS-A displayed for the SM's YMAV and the SM's current assignment. If the current assignment is incorrect in IPPS-A the Bn S1 likely cannot see the SM; an incorrect YMAV may also cause the SM not to appear in the upcoming PCS move cycles (202404 - 08) and IPPS-A wouldn't initiate a Total Force Marketplace for assignments the SM is eligible for. If these are not issues in your case, you may want to consider the 4187 route through your Bn S1 to your HRC Branch/Assignments manager--taking matters more into your own hands.
