Since I am now a two-time non-select reserve officer, when will the SELCON Board meet or publish the results?

Unfortunately, I was not selected for promotion to LTC. I am now a two-time non-select reserve officer. When will SELCON Board meet or publish the results?

Per the Promotion Board MOI*, you will soon receive a memorandum notifying you of your status though command channels.
The SELCON board should have been held immediately following the promotion board.

As I try to learn more about SELCON, I came across this link. I am not a lawyer, but I hope this information will help someone:

It won’t. Your mandatory retirement date isn’t until 20 years from when you commissioned per the reference I posted earlier. Nothing needs to happen now.
I went through the same thing, so my best advice is to finish up ILE. Not being educationally qualified is one of the biggest reasons for non-selection in the reserves, but the other side of that coin is that you see a lot more AZ selections once folks knock out the schooling.

LTC (Join to see)
LTC Esteban Jimenez 28 is MRD for LTCs. For MAJs in the reserves it’s 20, per the references I posted.
