How can I Re-class (army) and still be able to choose my next duty station? Is this at all possible?

People win the lottery so you have a chance. Keep in mind that if someone is planning on winning the lottery as their retirement then they are going to be disappointed.

You cannot. It's one or the other. Although, a new policy will allow you to request TDY and return to come back to your current duty station if you like. Otherwise, all training is TDY enroute to your next location, unless it's a PCS length course.
