Is anyone in the Fort Worth area that help increase my VA disability claim?

Retired in jan 2002 healthy, 2009 had herniated disc, surgeries later I am left with chronic back pain. Been fighting this battle since 2009. VA reps says they can’t help as it was not service related. It takes everything I have just to work 40 hours a week and it’s showing with my work performance. I can’t afford to fully retire with 50% disability but if I could get VA to consider my back I would qualify for most likely 100% disability from the VA. Is there anyone in Fort Worth Texas? that can help me? If so please advise

If it is not proven to be service connected you have no extra claim. Your medical records and physical did not show this damage or have listed an original complaint against your back you will not be able to combat the decision.
Herniated discs are very common among the civilian population as well as the military.
Contact the DAV and see what they have to say. They will ask questions and look at your records to tell you more precisely

I gave the 20 years of back wrenching work and now my back has been paying the toll. Yet you have some military go in for two years and get disability for bogus issues. Don’t get me wrong, many are deserving but some take advantage of the system. I served my country for 20 years and yes backs do wear out… and it’s just dismissed. Because I did not ride the sick
Lame and lazy list. I had back problems but always did my job. does that not mean anything? Wish I knew then what I know now. It’s sad that retiree’s are grow under the bus.

PO1 James Weathers - If your back issues weren't a service connected disability in 2002, they aren't likely to get service connected now.
The point is, you have been working in the civilian sector for 20 years now, your back got worse during that time, and there is, and always has been, a whole civilian system for disability benefits, which you should look into, instead of griping about the VA.

I just asked a question if anyone in Fort Worth could help out with my VA. I have heard there are people who will to try and help, let’s not turn this into a negative by you stating I am griping. We both know that is not productive.

PO1 James Weathers - Just trying to point out that you have about a 5% chance of getting this added to your VA no matter how much help you get, and about a 100% chance of getting civilian disability for this.
