Anytime you receive backpay due to a promotion (National Guard ADOS), should your backpay also include the difference in BAH?

Back pay includes whatever difference in pay you were entitled at that time

Back pay should include all pay and allowances related to grade.

Not sure how it is today, but back when I was coming along, Officer BAH was 48 dollars and some change regardless of rank. So if BAH is still not rank based, should not be different. Of course, my monthly bill at the OOM was way more than that. LOL
