Where can I find information to help me determine if the Air Force honors the Army NCO academies or distance learning?

DAFI 36-2670* (Total Force Development), 3.4.8 - Sister Service Enlisted Professional Military Education. Read the DAFI section for full coverage of the different PME.

Since you're an E5 I will assume you're asking for junior NCO PME. This is addressed in section 3.4.8.2:

"TSgt and below" (i.e., SSG and below for us Army grunts) "sister service resident enlisted professional military education courses are not comparable to Air Force enlisted professional military education courses and do not meet Air Force enlisted professional military education requirements. Therefore, prior sister service noncommissioned officers will complete the grade appropriate Air Force enlisted professional military education."(waiverable at the DAF level ... i.e., don't hold your breath).

I would say they do cause we send our AF folks to other leadership schools all the time...however, officially I think you need to contact the Barnes center for Enlisted PME and get the answer from them.
