Have you checked out the 950th's page?

10 individuals are listed there as currently being assigned there. I tried to add a tag for the group, but it doesn't seem to be working right now.
Militaryhomespot.com* has the following contact numbers for them:

COL Randall C.
PVT (Join to see), if those contacts don't work for you, try top down. The 950th is under the 79th Theater Sustainment Command*. Get ahold of them and see if they can provide contact information.

PVT (Join to see) - The Rose Bowl is 2 JAN.
Typically, most AGRs, (and that's who you'll want to contact) are out of office from Xmas Eve (or a few days prior) through 1 JAN, or the federal holiday on Monday when 1 JAN falls on a weekend, like this year.
A lot of folks will work half days between Xmas and New Years, you can try calling before noon every day, but I wouldn't count on it.
