What kind of reenlistment incentives are you guys seeing/hearing about?

The majority of the information you're looking for can be found in MILPER messages.

Go to HRC's website* and search with terms like ENLISTMENT INCENTIVES or variations of those.

There are so many different types of incentives out there, without a specific question regarding them, it's like asking for what restaurants in El Paso serve Mexican cuisine...

Extension Incentives (Army National Guard)
Reenlistment bonuses of up to $20,000 are available as of May 1, 2022, for eligible Soldiers. Soldiers seeking a reenlistment bonus must be DMOSQ, in the pay grades of E-3 through E-7, and have no more than 13 years, 1 month total time in service. Bonus amounts as follows:

$20,000 bonus for 6-year reenlistment.
$12,000 bonus for 4-year reenlistment.
$5,000 bonus for 2-year reenlistment.

All bonuses paid in a lump sum. ​

All incentives are current as of May 1, 2022, and are subject to change.

...talking to your career counselor.


Seriously, that is what they are THERE for. They will not only know EVERY realistic option, they will be able to tell you which ones you, specifically, qualify for.

Almost all of the incentives change or go away based on specifics in your file. We simply cannot give you a good view of things without your personnel file or an interview.

I'll throw it over to SFC (Join to see) , he's our resident career counselor extraordinaire. But I am guessing you are NG since you tagged Mississippi ARNG, and he is AD and I think his ability to offer guidance will be limited.

But if anyone here can help it is him.
