Is there an Army Regulation stating what fitness test score is required for an ADOS packet for National Guard and Reservists?

I’m trying to submit an ADOS packet with with my current APFT score. I came across some information about soldiers applying for ADOS-RC will use their last recent passing fitness test of record to determine eligibility for orders until 31 March 2023.
Is their an army regulation states this information for National Guard and Reservists.

"i. ADOS-RC and FTNGD.
(1) Soldiers applying for ADOS-RC and FTNGD tours will use their last recent
passing fitness test of record (APFT or ACFT) to determine eligibility for orders until 31
March 2023."
31 March 2023 is the NLT date that the Army has been throwing around for conversion to the ACFT. Many personnel actions will be driven by this date.

The other way that some of the Services get around it (I don't think the Army does it anymore) is that the servicemember signs a memo declining the opportunity to claim Sanctuary.
