Cigarettes. Tried dip twice in HS - hated it; made me nauseous and couldn't stand the lingering taste, plus flossing all the crap out of my teeth. Marlboro lights for the last 10+ years; started on Marlboro menthol lights back in early 20's. Looking for ways to quit now....but quit for real, that is. I can't wait for the withdrawal hell-hole!

SSG Izzy Abbass Some guard guys from Alabama gave me two full boxes of Red Man during OIF 1, it may be bad for the health but it sure helps the mind!

SSG John Erny - I have been known to hit the Red Man as well and that would have been a great gift. It took me about 10 years after the military to kick the habit. Almost went back on our last Father's Day campout but now I just have the occasional cigar.

Good luck brother - its tough. The hardest was going to the movies as I used to chew during movies - kids came along though and that made it a bit easier.
