As a Soldier what are the traits you seek to emulate from your leaders and why?

I would very much like some assistance.

In line with the new ADRP 1 (The Army Profession), Character, competency, and commitment are all traits I seek to emulate from leaders.

Character – Displays dedication and adherence to the Army values and ethics are constantly demonstrated in decisions and actions.

Competence - Always displays their ability to successfully perform their duties and to accomplish the mission with discipline and to standard.

Commitment - Constantly strives to accomplish the mission despite adversity, obstacles, and challenges. Committed to honorable service to their service and country.

I'll vote for integrity. Without it, none of the leadership traits mean a thing.
