Will the VA access the DOD Defense Occupational Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS) for documentation of my measured exposures?

I was an implementation team member of the USAF ACC Surgeon General when DOEHRS rolled out in 2008-2010.

In my opinion. It took years for DOD/VA to admit that AGENT Orange was a causation factor in causing Prostate Cancer of Veterans serving in Vietnam. Just recently, finally after all of these years, they took responsiblility for the environmental toxicity of service members by enacting the PACT ACT. The reason that this got traction is the unfortunate death of Hunter Biden. The government in the past has done things/experiments of those who serving but kept it a secret!

For years. the VA/DOD did not admit to the effects of Agent Orange in causing cancer. Well that took years (just recently) to admit the harmful effects of toxics. But I hope that I am wrong!

Yes. DOEHRS records will be populated to the Individual Long-Term Exposure Record (ILER). The ILER will create a record for every single Servicemember at the time they enter the military, and will continue throughout their entire service career to note where they have been deployed and the monitoring of environmental conditions present there.
According to a November 2021 brief from the White House, ILER should be FOC by September 2023.
