I'm transferring from Reserve to Active Duty Air Force. I wanted to see if I could get a list of possible assignments per my AFSC. Even though I'm listed as a 1N151, the actual AFSC is 1N851 Targeting Analyst. Previously known as a shred out of the 1N1B. I am in contact with an Active Duty recruiter, however, I just want to get an idea of where I would be going. I know I have little to no control of where I would be stationed however. Googling it hasn't yielded any results, and I cannot access AMS due to the fact that I am still a Reservist. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is your actual AFSC? Are you a 1N1 or a 1N8?

It says you posted this two weeks ago, but I'm not sure if that is accurate. AMS isn't a thing anymore, it's all talent marketplace which is exactly where you should be looking and you should have access as a reservist.

When I google 1N151, all results come out as 1N1X1.

Possible assignments for 1N1X1 are:
Beale, Buckley, Cannon, Davis, Hurlburt Field, JBLE (JB Langley-Eustis), JB Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Offutt, Osan, Ramstein, Shaw, and Wright Patterson.

Googling 1N851, results came out as 1N8X1. Forever Wingman does not provide the ability to click it to see what possible assignments

Googling 1N1B, results came out as 1N1X1. See above for assignments.

I'm not finding the ASFCs you wrote in the Forever Wingman website.

Hi SRA. Christian P., My BEST bet would be the Air Force Military Personnel Centre (AFMPC) @ Randolph, AFB in San Antonio, TX, USA for that answer. Additionally if you like rain, think Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, and Vancouver, B.C. Canada....select Overseas Long and go with USAFE @ Joint Analysis Center or JAC Molesworth, Cambridgeshire (CAMBS), England. The USAF luvs when a unaccompanied single Airman selects Overseas long. Fun assignment.
