Can I change report date?

I contacted my branch manager about my duty station options and he slotted me for Alaska January 2023. However, I don’t have an assignment notification, it’s not in my ACT, ASK or projected on my ERB yet. What are the chances I can ask my branch manager to change the date before it’s set in stone?

It's pretty easy for your branch to move a report date left or right by 60 days. If you're overseas then the report date is based off your DEROS and harder to move
