MSgt, I totally agree! I never thought twice about the flag or even the name of the car. It was all about "sticking it to the man!" Daisy Duke was a bonus!!

While I'm not a fan of the confederate flag (it's not North and South, it's East and West!! Or you could go with elevation since I'm in CO) I loved this show as a kid. Seems a bit knee-jerk to me.
