Hey all,
I ETS'd from AD in January (I'm in the Reserve now) and have been waiting for my final paycheck (I assumed that I was being audited or something). I was just given this by my parents, it got sent to their house and they forgot about it. IS this my final paycheck? How could my net pay be $181.91? I cleared CIF and I never had any outstanding debt, but there is clearly some major debt implied if this is in fact my final paycheck. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Your net pay is a -181.91. Just from looking at the LES, my guess is you got paid for half a month that they shouldn't have given you. The refund of the Separation Pay is a bit harder, were you discharged involuntarily, as in High Year Tenure or Reduction In Force? The other possibility is that you are pulling a VA Pension, in which case they make you pay back the Separation Pay.

Let me clarify. You should qualify for Separation Pay only if you were involuntarily discharge for reasons that you didn't cause, so HYT or RIF would qualify. Don't qualify if you aren't "Fully Qualified", so no weight or PT flags, etc.
Some other reasons.
separate at their own request;
decline Reserve Service upon separation;
have not yet completed their Initial Term of Enlistment or Initial Period of Obligated Service upon separation;
are released for training;
are eligible for retired or retainer pay;
are separated for performance, misconduct, or other disciplinary reasons;
is a warrant officer whose appointment is terminated and who then elects to enlist; or
through a Service-specific program established at a no payment level by the Secretary of the Military Department concerned.
