I am dual military with another soldier. I have been at my assignment for about 18 months. When I first arrived at my station my spouse was a civilian, but decided to join when I had 1 year on station. We're enrolled in the MACP and stationed together. However she's only been on station for about 2 months now. Ill reach my 24 month mark soon. Would she be able to PCS with me concurrently if I become on assignment shortly after my 24 month mark. She's a junior enlisted 42A human resource

No, she will not be eligible to PCS for a while, and you aren't eligible to be placed on assignment unless you're at 36 months on station. She will need to be on station 24 months, although HRC could waive her down to almost 12 months.
Realistically, you're either going to PCS to Korea, receive a broadening assignment, or she's going to choose a place for both of you when she reenlists.

You can ask the question and run it up the chain but it might be a hard sale to make with having so little time on station. Nothing is guaranteed so I would recommend to still pursue it because sometimes the need of the military also meets your needs. But there is. Solid chance it might not work. Just work with the powers that be and try to figure out your options

One in life, if you don't ask, you don't get. You have nothing to loose, everything to gain by asking the higher ups.
