What are some sample questions for a National Guard recruiting AGR board?

I have a board Friday for an AGR recruiting spot with the National Guard. I have searched Quizlet and it has the regulations, forms, etc type questions. In your experience are the situation questions a variation of "sell me this pen" or something else?

I boarded On Monday for Recruiting, I was asked about POSTA what it was and why it's important. APPLE MDT and the rest were more scenario based questions. How would I get someone to join who wasn't interested in a bonus or college, things like that.

From what I remember they were pretty typical, strengths, weakness, regulations knowledge, why you’d be a good asset to the unit, etc.
