Im applying to college and it says some of the trainings I did while in the military could count towards credits. Does anyone know how to get a hold of those documents?

google will set you free. This link will help you get your Military transcripts that can be provided to the school. https://jst.doded.mil/jst/

You can log into MilConnect and get much of what they're probably wanting to see. Once you log into the MilConnect website, search for DoDTAP to find the DoD Transition Assistance Program for Service Members and Veterans (DoDTAP). From there you can download your Verification of Military Experience and Training (VMET) documents. I just downloaded mine as one off file and it shows every course I ever took, both while enlisted and as an officer. The printout includes the college credit recommendations for each course from the American Council on Education (ACE).

Just got mine, great info. Thanks! Lots of courses I didnt even realize I had on there. If they take all the recommendations I should have about 12 hours already.

SPC David Willis - Same here. I had forgotten about many of the courses that I took along the way. Glad it was of help.
