This is a strange one for sure. Looking at your profile it doesn’t appear you had a break in service. That’s usually we’re most problems start. I’m tagging MSG (Join to see) and SFC (Join to see) if they have any ideas.

SGT(P) (Join to see) - So...if I am understanding this correctly...you are talking about your DIEMS and not your PEBD? Correct? The reason I want to ensure I am understanding is so I can recommend proper COA for you. Looking at my SRB (or ERB, what ever your preference of name), my DIEMS is 19930330, the day I first took the Oath into the Reserves. I then went from Reserves to Active Duty in 1996. In 2003, I ETSd from Active Duty and spent the next 5.5 years out of the Service until I came back in. In all that time switching from Reserves to Active then ETS with a long Break In Service, the one thing that has never changed was my DIEMS. What DID change was my PEBD. That got adjusted to the right by 5 years

SGT(P) (Join to see) - Yea.....if you BN and BDE S1s can't do anything (which I do find rather odd), you may just have to submit this all the way up to HRC with all supporting documents. Especially your very first/initial enlistment contract.
