I'm reclassing to 68C in about 2 months. what can yall tell me what's the ait like what's the job like any advice?

Oh, and I highly recommend you beef up on Anatomy & Physiology. Study your pharmacology as well.

SPC (Join to see) - Also, bear in mind that you're going there as MOS-T, so the Cadre will probably give you more freedoms than the IETs. DO NOT abuse those freedoms. Keep your nose in your books, do what you have to do and pass the course. If you quietly sit back and watch, you'll see some of the IETs self-implode themselves due to some of the freedoms they will have.

The AIT is somewhere about 52 weeks of training. You'll have classroom training at JBSA then OJT at some other location in a hospital. How long the OJT is, that I do not know. As for what the job is like, it's direct patient care in a hospital/clinical setting.

Just make sure you study a good bit, and there is a good app for the NCLEX called NCLEX PN Mastery. Nursing is a good career, there are so many different positions within nursing. Don’t hesitate to message me if you have more questions. Good luck!
