3 years ago I came down on orders to brag. Went to MPD at bldg 600 here at my duty station and they asked me if I wanted to go. Me not knowing any better said I'd prefer not to but orders are orders and I'll go if I need to. The lady said I don't have to go there if I don't want to and that they'll just send me somewhere else. I thought like a different airborne unit. Got an email saying my orders have been deleted and now just had to wait for new ones. I never got them. Pass forward to today and I'm trying to reenlist for this duty station and HRC won't let me because apparently when I said I didn't want to go to brag not only did they delete those orders but they took away my airborne status which I need to stay here. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get it back if I even can get it back. Is it possible?

You can't get your status back once you've refused and Airborne assignment. You can contact your branch manager to see if HRC has some process to allow you to rescind that revocation, but otherwise HRC considers you to have permanently refused airborne assignments forever.

While I am not all knowing I have never heard of being deleted from an assignment let alone losing a skil qualification verbally. There would have to be something in writing. There has to be more to this situation.
