Can you take terminal leave if you are being release on a chapter 5 -7 family care plan?

Did you take a gander at AR 600-8-10 Leaves and Passes before you posted on here?
Yes you can be afforded terminal leave if you are being discharged for involuntary separation due to parenthood. As long as you're being honorably discharged you can be afforded terminal leave.
