What is everyone's outlook on a honorable discharge but a misconduct on their dd214 after 16 yrs due to an incident that has not even gone to court, it's all hearsay by a 7yr old with adhd, possibly autistic and other underlying mental illness

It's not hearsay if the alleged victim makes the statements. I would get a better lawyer. i don't think a congressman would do squat and the press very little. Maybe one of those local news on your side shows.

I would say both press and Congressman. Also get a lawyer involved if you haven't already. If what you say is true, you should not only get custody of your step son, but be allowed to serve the remainder of your 20 years so that you can retire and get your benefits.

He's had lunch with me and talked to me while protection order was not in progress and it was at my parents house and he was fine and still asks when I'm coming home but when the therapist gets involved it's like in the devil I don't understand it just need some insight
