My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's, her husband is a veteran. She requires full-time care. Are there any benefits to assist this veteran?

Thank you for your response. Do you know if the benefit applies to the care of a veteran's spouse? The veteran is not the person with Alzheimer's, it's his spouse. This seems like it applied to the care of a veteran.

Contact them SSgt Jose Martins. There are some provisions for veterans dependents that the benefits oeople know how to finagle.

I don’t believe the VA would cover a non-vet. But there probably are programs run my the specific State that might help with assistance.
