Can the monitor change my SDA?

I just got back from a deployment ...while deployed I got web orders to oki. When I got back stat side I got put on the hsst . I went to the screener and was found eligible for DI after that I contacted the monitor . He said he was going get rid of my package and send me ok I . So is there any way to get the oki cancelled and go DI?
