I’ve submitted a 368 to my chain of command in November after nagging and begging for 6 months. I am in a financial hardship and NEED my 368 signed. I’ve waited since February of last year to get sent up and it finally got sent October 2021. It’s stalling at G1 for two months. My NCO has been no help and also my chain of command. I contacted a state rep twice nothing has been resolved. I just NEED help. I really do need help. No negative feed back is needed

Just because you submitted a 368 doesn’t mean your state is going to release you. If you are in a financial hardship, I recommend finding a financial planning class to help, especially with you being Guard, you should have a civilian job. The biggest reason I have seen junior soldiers in financial trouble is that they are choosing to live above their means. Coming to Active Duty isn’t going to magically fix your finances and that’s likely what is holding up your 368. Absolutely no NG command is going to send a soldier struggling financially on to active duty where the situation can get worse.

If it is at the G1, then there is nothing else you can do but wait until the CG makes the decision. You also need to remember that the CG is under no obligation to grand the request. However, if your entire Chain leading up to the CG has approved the request, then you should be Five by Five. I wish I could have a better answer for you, but this is literally what it is. You just have to keep waiting. You could ask your AD Recruiter to send an RFI to see what the status is.
