How can I update correspondence course hours in ERB?

I have complete 96 hours of correspondence course (DL) on Jko for some reason it never update nor award me the promotion points which I need to promote to Sargent. I already went to S1 can’t help like always I had email and call the help desk on JKO still no help what can I do at this point?

How long have you been waiting for it to update? Normally it takes a few days but it will usually update automatically.

For starters, the courses you completed...were they worth promotion points? If they were, provide the certs to S1 so that your ERB can be updated.

Yes they are worth promotion points they are language courses I brought the cert to S1. I was toll they couldn’t help me the they don’t do that even they has done before
