Does anyone have any insight on when the AGR hiring freeze will be lifted?

I applied for a position back in Aug but haven’t heard anything. HRO isn’t providing any details.

Positions are by location, rank, and opening. You have to pass the same standards as a soldier entering Active Duty. There is also the issue of training slots if you're not prior service.

Roger, applied for a position in which I’m MOSQ and meet the requirements. State HRO stated there was a hiring freeze but the governor lifted that order. Wondering if it was NGB wide do to budgeting.

Guard AGR hiring freezes are by state, sometimes just by grade in that state.
Each state is authorized to fill their AGR voucher up to 102%.
As far as your application goes, you should have been notified whether you were selected for the position or not, and if selected, when your orders would start.
