Why would I not show up on the promotion list if I have completed ALC, made the points requirement, and am fully eligible?

I am ALC complete (01Dec2021), make point requirements, fully eligible (ppw reflects) however I didnt not appear on the byname list for jan2022. Any ideas on why this could happen?

Only thing I can think of is someone didn't input all of your stuff in time

That happened to one of our people as well. I think it's a database glitch. HRC has had problems lately with some of their databases dropping names.
Have your S1 contact the Promotions branch to ask about you specifically

Also, completing ALC December means you won't be considered ALC complete for promotion until February

SFC (Join to see) A portion of my class made the list(still share a group chat), others did not. Some obviously because of the points jump, but others like myself seem to meet all requirements and didn't end up on the list.

SGT (Join to see) like I said, it has happened to other people this month as well. I think it's their database dropping names, there have been a lot of data glitches coming out of HRC recently. Have your S1 contact the Promotions branch

Sounds like your ALC paperwork hitting iPERMS might have missed a cutoff somewhere.
