How often does their website refresh?
I am concerned as i have not heard any more from them after i recieved a confirmation letter stating they recieved my paperwork and were starting the review process. This was 4 months ago, i have tossed around the notion of calling them to see what the progress is and what to expect. They stated in the letter that they will be emailing me but to no avail they have bot sent me anything, and i have been watching my email like a hawk for 3 months. What should i do?

It can take 10 to 12 months from what I read:

Good luck to you. I hope you have a case and I hope your discharge gets upgraded! I'm not going to ask about your particular situation since that's your private business.
