Have you had success with lesser known supplements, ie. Taurine, Quercetin, Green Tea Extract?

Most people know about creatine, protein, multi-vitamins, fish oil, glutamine, MSM, BCAAs, and L-Arginine, just to name a few. What unbeaten paths have you mowed?

The supps that I am currently using have Taurine & Green Tea extract in them. I am seeing more results. Perhaps it is because they help boost metabolism &, well, I AM getting older...lol

I take beta alanine pills (3200mg) with my normal preworkout which already has, on average, 1.5-2g of beta alanine in it. Beta alanine is what makes your face tingle once the pre is kicking in and if you like that feeling, extra beta alanine will make it more intense. Always works to let me know that its time to kick ass and take names in the gym.
