The supps that I am currently using have Taurine & Green Tea extract in them. I am seeing more results. Perhaps it is because they help boost metabolism &, well, I AM getting older...lol

I take beta alanine pills (3200mg) with my normal preworkout which already has, on average, 1.5-2g of beta alanine in it. Beta alanine is what makes your face tingle once the pre is kicking in and if you like that feeling, extra beta alanine will make it more intense. Always works to let me know that its time to kick ass and take names in the gym.

Ephedra did help me lose a lot of weight. Though now that I look back on it, I wonder if it contributed to my gastrointestinal issues.

All I can relate Ephedra to is Ripped Fuel and government nopes.
