They came out on the early-mid part of January last year- like 11 for the list and 12 for the individual OML.
Not assuming any consistency in the process yet, but, for your own edification- that’s the approximate historical data.

I guess we all know by now. I guess it’s a good thing the Army has been able to keep a tighter lid on things the last two years.
