Are there any child care programs that assist veteran families in Southern California?

Are you wanting people to contact you if they have that information or to email you to get that information from you? Also, I would recommend you change your posting to eliminate your personal email and ask them to DM you via RP mail.

Have you tried Child Care Aware? They are slow but it’s what recruiters use to bring there payments down to what it would be on post

How about Cal-Medicaid or other social programs? Most children qualify for state programs.

FN Anthony Mills - Yes, Dude. REALLY. When you live in a state, you take advantage of all the programs offered. If they got money, there are plenty of "for profit" places to choose from. Also, a Veteran is a Civilian who once served in the military. The Veteran may be eligible for certain benefits; however, the dependents are not "usually" provided any benefits. Now, the choice is yours.
