I just got my security back in March (you have to be a citizen for approval). The problem is it still haven't updates on my SRB, HRC or iPerms, and I'm not sure who to contact for this issue? I already checked with RPAC and they don't have access to update my security clearance.

Iperms is an electronic record system, unless there is a paper document, it won't be in iperms. HRC is a building and a Command, you won't find your clearance posted on the wall there.
There is a system mismatch between the new security reporting system and emilpo. Your clearance might never show up in there and it doesn't need to. If you need to prove your clearance your S2 can type a memo verifying it. If someone tells you that it needs to be on your SRB to verify it, they don't know what they are talking about

I feel like you didn't understand what I was asking. On my HRC profile my security clearance is listed as not yet determined. When I went to validated my SRB it also showed as no "no security clearance." I do have a memo which has yet to be uploaded in iperms, HRC documents. I met with RPAC who could not update my security clearance on SRB. I just wanted to know who can updated those profiles because I can't and neither can RPAC.

SGT (Join to see) I do understand what you're asking, I get this question all the time about multiple data entry fields in various forms.
First, ask yourself why do I need this? You have the clearance, as you've stated. There's no doubt you have a clearance. The SRB and HRC are not the source for your clearance verification. If your clearance needs to be verified for a job, MOS, or position, nobody can use your SRB as the source document. So, you don't need it to reflect on your SRB for a job, position or MOS.
Yes, there is a person who can go into emilpo and press a button so your clearance is reflected in emilpo, but if there is no need, then why are they going to do it? There are hundreds of thousands of clearances that aren't reflected in emilpo, so what is the requirement that yours needs to be manually updated and a security verification memo from S2 won't suffice?

SFC (Join to see) ok, I was just worried that it needed to be on there if I'm verifying that all the information is accurate. Thank you for explaining it.

SGT (Join to see) - I know exactly what you're asking. It doesn't matter what's on your SRB for clearance. It only matters what is in DISS - Defense Information System for Security. It is the system that shows what someone's status is for their background investigations and clearances. If you need verification of a clearance, anyone with access to DISS can look your record up and see that you have one. Or your security manager can create a clearance verification memo.

Contact the S2/G2. Make sure they have it and they can pass it to your PAC section/S1.

The S2 nor the G2 have anything to do with this. I have been a BN, BDE S2 and have worked as an SSO. G2 definitely has nothing to do with security clearances in any capacity.
All the S2 can do (BN or BDE) is make sure that DISS (the system that replaced JPAS) is reflecting the adjudicated clearance. The clearance portion on the SRB doesn't matter for anything. I honestly don't know how anyone ever gets that fixed. I don't think S1 can even fix it in my experience. But that's not how clearances are verified.

G2 submitted my secret and top secret clearances, did my fingerprints, and updated my secret when I retired for my current position, SFC Kelly Fuerhoff

SFC (Join to see) - No they didn't. You might have had a security manager within the G2 who did that. But G2 personnel do not process clearances. Security managers do that. Someone was assigned as the security manager within your G2 perhaps. Otherwise within the G2 you have the ACE, Ops, Plans - and none of them do anything with clearances. Neither does the Special Security Office - they only handle SCI related matters.
Also security managers don't "update" clearances. That's DoD CAF who adjudicates or revokes clearances. The security managers/S2s process clearances. They submit eQIP, potentially do fingerprints, etc. But they don't approve clearances.

It ultimately doesn't matter what it says on your SRB. The only thing that matters is that it's accurately reflected in DISS.
