Are there any senior aviation leaders willing to help with a letter of recommendation for my WOFT package?

Willing to work with any senior leaders, as much work as it takes to give you an accurate assessment before writing on me. Also taking any recommendations on where else I can search these leaders out. Thank you

Which is why I said I will work with them as much as needed to make them comfortable. You miss every shot you don’t take, and I’m exploring every possible opportunity to successful.

SFC Ralph E Kelley This is actually pretty common practice, I have sent a few Soldiers down to FT Rucker looking to get into aviation WOFT to meet with with LOR writers. Most will agree to write it if they are comfortable after a couple meetings.

No not really and it’s not very easy to establish relations when you aren’t already part of the aviation community.
