Anyone know the National Guard Members' pay rate for driving a school bus?

Most likely state pay, rate unsure since last time I received it was back in 2008 for flood duty.

Wow, Activating National Guard troops to drive school busses. Sounds like a good stop-gap, I wonder if they have thought about getting Retirees to do that same. With troops in uniform driving the busses, it could be a great Recruiting tool. To expose the kids to the Military doing something to serve the community. Great Idea

I wonder if it would be a net positive or net negative by exposing school kids and soldiers to each other. Having seen some of what school bus drivers have to put up with, I would worry about how this might work out.
