Can confirm that the new ROW will be 12 months prior to ETS date, and the ROW extension is now a minimum of 18 months, compared to the previous 12, and does not include stabilization; this information is per our retention NCO here at JBLM.

Use to depend on the MOS but normally it was the 12 month window.
