I am considering linking my profile to Facebook, but am concerned that my Facebook contacts will get annoying notifications or that RallyPoint updates will show on Facebook. Does anyone have experience to share?

Sir,
There is a setting that you can put all the posts that come from Rally Point to private, so I'm sure there is a way to set it to a certain audience if you'd like.

I have mine linked and I can honestly say I have never seen anything on my home page that referred back to RP. I haven't had anyone comment on it either.

I concur, I also have never seen any posts from RP to my facebook since I have linked them.

Set your preferences with facebook to keep rallypoint to "you only". That will ensure any posts are not distributed to your friends.
