How does a 14T get assigned to a Ground-Based Midcourse Defense unit?

I know its possible for an E5 14T to get assigned and I know it requires a course to get an ASI. I don't know what that course name is, where to find it, or who I have to contact. I have been searching through the USASMDC website but I have yet to find the information I am looking for.
If anyone can provide me information or a step by step process I would greatly appreciate it.
