What does it mean if your ERB or SRB says "known losses"?

It doesn't actually mean anything. Your unit has to slot people. You can be working a job and still be slotted as a known loss. That just means your unit does not know how to slot people. Of course, if you know that you are PCSING/ETSING and you're wasting people's time by asking stupid questions then it means God will smite you in the future. Remember, there are no stupid questions, just stupid people asking self explanatory questions
