Can anyone share personal or second hand experience on what is causing Soldiers to get a NFQ or NFQ-R at the new boards?

If you are performing below your grade level or standards of grade you can expect a NFQ. If you are familiar with the grading system on the board, if you score a 2 or below you will be an NFQ. Just doing your job at your grade level and making bare minimum will get you a 3. Things like being assigned in a position below your grade, performing poorly in your position, or getting in some type of trouble would all be reasons to get NFQ

I got a DUI as an E5 almost 6 years ago. There are some docs in my iperms that I'm worried about. Docs that generally trigger QMP. Because I was an E5, QMP didn't apply and now I'm curious if it could be held against me many years later and get me a NFQ.

SSG (Join to see) you're not likely to get an NFQ as long as you are performing at your grade level. However, it will reflect negatively on your OML
