I am currently getting my B.S. Business Management. I have been tossing around the idea of add a minor to my degree plan. I have narrowed my choice to down to 4 different options. Which one would benefit me the most in general as a leader/manager in the business world.
1. Adult Education and Training
2. Human Resources
3. Management
4. Throw out the idea of a minor.

Any help would be appreciated.

Definitely pick an area of concentration that will benefit your career goals post-degree. Something with a tech twist would also be beneficial. See if the offer anything like business systems, office automation or possibly something that gets you certified in PMP.

My under grad degree was Business Management with an emphasis on leadership. From there, I went to law school. Looking back, I would have stuck with business management with a minor in english. It is shocking in today's business world how few people can properly speak and write the english language. Regardless of how technology has advanced, humans still have to interact with oral and written communications. That is just my opinion for what it is worth.
