Staff Sgt. Ryan Maseth, a Green Beret, was electrocuted Jan. 2, 2008, while taking a shower at the Radwaniyah Palace Complex in Iraq. His parents sued KBR, which had a contract to maintain the building as an Army barracks.

SPC Jan Allbright, M.Sc., R.S. Tragic! The lawsuit needs to move forward and KBR will be able to present a defense to the liability claim.

Now I understand why all the Defense service contractors are in TX.

I understand the points on both sides, However, there should be an investigation into the circumstances of this Warfighter's death. If there was negligence, SKEWER them over a fire.
