Does anyone know who to contact in HRC concerning Issues with errors on file?

Need if anyone can provide me information concerning height and weight flagged? IRR informed me that I have a CURORG L and that my PHA expired on 2018/02/10. I have never been late with PHAs nor I passed height and weight. They tell me to get a DA 268 removing the flag from my new unit but I'm in the IRR. It seems that they are not looking at records. Need assistance on who to contact in IRR. Thanks

Sir, is there a Reserve Center near you that has an RPAC (Reserves Personnel Actions Center)? Perhaps they may be able to assist.

MAJ (Join to see) - Possible. Only one way to find out. But in all honesty, I can't see how they shouldn't since they have access to all the systems you're needing someone to access.
