I mean, I know pigeons are annoying and all, but with the US, UK, Jordan, Iran, Iraq (kind of), the Kurds, and now the PLO wanting to demolish them, you'd think they'd wait to handle pigeon breeding issues.

I would think a bigger problem is ISIS fighters spending time looking for overhead pigeon genitalia. "Hey, Achmed, leave the birds alone and get back to work!"
