The SM is still assigned to the unit during the court martial so they should still wear them as part of the uniform.
What is making you think otherwise?

Why wouldn't they? It is part of the uniform- are they the prisoner or just going (witness, etc.) Until proven guilty if that SM is assigned to that unit, then they should wear them.

Currently in Jail. They’re temporary awards. Just can’t figure out if he wears them or not, AR 670-1 doesn’t specify.

SSG (Join to see) - Would it be in the regulation governing the trial and the wear of the uniform during the trial.

I looked through AR 27-10 and couldn’t find anything. Am I looking in the correct AR or just being dumb?
