Watching my favorite fireworks show in America: on Lake Tapps outside of Seattle WA with the Navy side of the family!

We live within earshot of a small arms range used by our local military units. On the 4th each year, our small town organizes a metropolis-scale fireworks display above the range complex where pretty much the whole town gathers to celebrate the holiday. They also bring in a good amount of food options which is where I first tried fried Oreos. i recommend visiting for the fireworks with range complex backdrop, but that you take a hard pass on trying the Oreos.
